Shipping policy

All products are made to order.
We process and ship all orders within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. This time frame includes production, quality control, and packaging.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-volume release periods.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept the 2–3 week production and fulfillment window.


Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some products may be sold as Pre-Orders or part of Limited Drops.
These items are produced only after orders are placed.

Pre-order and drop items follow the same 2–3 week fulfillment window, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once a pre-order or drop order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.


Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, you will receive a refund only.
We do not offer replacements or exchanges for damaged items.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Sizing Disclaimer

Sizing charts are provided on all product pages.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for sizing issues.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.

This applies to all products, including pre-orders and drops.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier claim.


Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipping costs before the item is sent again.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.


Chargebacks & Fraud

We maintain zero tolerance for fraudulent chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Order cancellation

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence.


Product Variations

Due to lighting, screen displays, and the made-to-order production process, slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur. These are not considered defects
